What We Are Looking For:
Persado is looking for a Strategic Business Development Representative. In this exciting role you will be uncovering opportunities by researching and developing outreach strategies to engage with enterprise companies. As a critical part of Persado, you will partner with our business development and sales teams, helping us achieve our revenue goals. Key vertical markets include Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Insurance. This is a green field opportunity and we currently have no natural competitors!
What We Want You To Do:
- Drive Persado’s revenue growth by partnering with our sales teams and generating meetings with top level P&L owners in Fortune 1000 companies
- Conduct comprehensive industry analysis on target companies and verticals to determine revenue opportunities
- Strategically identify the best ways to establish key client targets and how to approach them
- Synthesize industry and revenue data to determine how to engage target companies and customize Persado offerings to best suit our clients’ needs
- Enthusiastically represent Persado’s technology and solutions.
What We Want To See:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience, preferably in a consulting environment, where you are involved in a company’s core business, or industry
- Experience working with SalesForce.com or other CRM, Outreach.io, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ToutApp, Zoominfo, Radius, Leadspace, and other sales tools preferred but not required
- Intrinsic drive to be successful
- Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills
